Winter is for resting deeply. Eha's Winter Retreat reflects the season's invitation to slow down, turn inward and allow the body to truly recover. With its focus on sleep restoration and nervous system regulation, the retreat weaves together movement with red light, immersive thermal rituals and restorative therapies to support the body's most essential repair processes. Guided by nature's quietest season, guests are invited to embrace stillness as a practice and rest as a form of strength.




Sleep
Sleep workshops and the power of rest guide guests through the science and ritual of deep restoration. Practical tools for circadian rhythm support sleep architecture and nervous system regulation to create a foundation that continues, long after leaving the island.

Movement with Red Light
Each morning movement session be it yoga, Qi Gong, lymphatic or fascia flow is enhanced with red light therapy to support cellular repair, reduce inflammation and gently re-energise the body without overstimulation.
Sauna, guided meditations and sound healing sessions gently downregulate the nervous system.

Winter as a Sanctuary
Estonia's winter landscape offers a rare and powerful backdrop. Dusk lantern walks through the forest, guided sauna rituals and the self-guided Dune Experience invite guests to find peace in the quiet beauty of the season's most expansive setting.

Reflective Integration
Evening sound journeys, deep rest workshops and Yoga Nidra invite inward attention and gentle processing. These tools are subtle but powerful, guiding guests into quiet self-awareness and mental clarity without pressure.

Culinary Warmth
Each meal is designed to comfort, regulate and restore. Slow-cooked dishes, bone broth and adaptogenic herbs support circadian health, sleep quality and nervous system function. Evening menus are warming and easily digestible, aiding rest and deep replenishment throughout the season.

Nourishment
Winter therapies focus on deep nourishment and nervous system reset. A warm botanical oil massage, honey body wrap and nourishing cocoon facial work together to replenish, soothe and prepare the body for profound rest.

Our General Manager is Amber Gauci Ward, who is also Wellness Director at Eha Retreat. Her work bridges holistic wellbeing, regenerative design and leadership, guiding experiences that support nervous system recalibration and integrated health. With an international background across luxury hospitality and wellness ventures, she brings both strategic clarity and depth of practice. At Eha, she stewards the guest experience and team culture, creating a space where people can reconnect, restore balance and return to a more present and aligned way of living.

Marika Tamm
Wellness Practitioner
Our Wellness Practitioner is Marika Tamm, whose path into mindful movement began through personal injury and a profound recovery. With over a decade of experience, she integrates yoga, nervous system regulation and a deep understanding of the body’s intelligence. Her approach is calm, precise and grounded in lived experience. At Eha Retreat, she guides guests to slow down, reconnect and restore balance, creating space for clarity, presence and a quiet return to one’s natural state.

Your day at Eha
Eha is founded on the belief that wellbeing is personal, not prescriptive. Join the sessions that inspire you, indulge in additional treatments or one-to-one consultations, or simply wander, rest, and move at your own pace.
Your personalised schedule for private daily treatment and wellness sessions will be provided following your arrival-day wellness consultation.
Morning Movement
Begin the day with energising movement to awaken the body and elevate vitality designed to support circadian rhythm, nervous system calibration and lymphatic flow. Daily sessions under Red Light including yoga, qi gong, and lymphatic & fascia flow.

Workshop
Each day features a seasonal experience to embrace the calm and restorative nature of Winter. Activities include: The Power of Sleep workshop, and a Winter bone broth workshop with Peeter Pihel and our culinary team in the Eha kitchen.
Private Wellness Session or Free Time
Throughout the retreat you will receive one Eha signature treatment or private wellness consultation per day, personalised for you. For Winter these include: Warm Botanical oil massage , plus choice of honey wrap or nourishing coccon facial.

When not in a personalised private session, you are welcome to join a range of onsite experiences.
Relax in our thermal suite and outdoor pool surrounded by Hiiumaa's revitalising coastal landscape. Sign up for a Dune or float room experience or join guided activities including dusk latern walk and a guided traditional sauna ritual for sleep led by our Ranger and Sauna Master.

Evening Gatherings
Group evening sessions nurture deep rest and restorative calm in Hiiumaa’s unique Winter embrace. These include: sound journey, yoga nidra, fireside and fireside storytelling.

Nestled among the trees, the Rahu Junior Suite offers a tranquil connection to Hiiumaa’s wooded landscape. Every element — from the sustainable Nordic furnishings to the soft linen and oak textures — is chosen for calming presence. A super king or twin single bed, freestanding bath and rainfall shower and integrated seating provide quiet comfort.

Koda Forest Suite

The Forest Suite is a standalone wooden cabin at the edge of the forest, offering calming views through the trees to the Baltic Sea. Just a short walk from the main house, it is designed for quiet reconnection with nature. Bathed in light and framed by a vaulted ceiling, the split-level layout includes a peaceful living space, a mezzanine bedroom and a bathroom with a freestanding roll-top bath, rainfall shower and Eha-exclusive products.
