Midsummer Vitality is a celebration of warmth, radiance and vitality. Drawing on the energy of long, light-filled days and Estonia’s golden summer glow, the programme combines dynamic movement, uplifting therapies and open space for reflection. Days stretch into evenings beneath near-endless light, inviting deep immersion in nature, playful exploration and joyful reconnection with the body. Over six days, guests recharge through energising fitness sessions, cooling therapies, and nourishing meals. This programme is designed to reignite passions and restore physical and emotional vitality.

Strength and Movement
From HIIT training to cycling, each day offers energising movement sessions outdoors. Designed to build resilience and circulation, they also support cardiovascular health and mood balance set to the rhythm of summer.

Emotional Freedom Tools
Personal sessions such as EFT tapping therapy, facial massage and guided reflection encourage emotional release. The result is a feeling of lightness physically and emotionally as well as giving guests the techniques to take home.

Seasonal Nutrition
Workshops on hydration, nutrient density and local preservation techniques empower guests to support energy through food. Menus celebrate freshness, colour and the power of seasonal eating.

Nature in Full Bloom
Beach walks, hot-cold contrast bathing and forest outings connect guests with nature’s abundance. These experiences regulate stress, restore circadian balance and foster presence through multisensory immersion.

Culinary Celebration
Summer’s menu is vibrant, colourful and abundant celebrating local produce at its peak. Guests enjoy shared platters and nutrient-rich meals designed to restore energy and uplift the spirit.

Wellness Director
Estonian-born wellness leader Kai Laus brings over 20 years of global experience to Eha’s wellbeing programme. A CIDESCO-trained aesthetician and strategic consultant to luxury brands, she blends deep practice with thoughtful innovation. Her work spans more than 100 spas worldwide, including One&Only, Four Seasons and Tata Harper. At Eha, she shapes a next-generation approach to wellness, where ritual, nature and quiet precision meet to support long-term vitality and meaningful rest.

Wellbeing treatments
Our wellness activities included in your retreat focus on gentle movement, sauna rituals, breathwork, and hydrotherapies. Designed to awaken the body and align you with nature’s quiet renewal.
