Workshops on mushrooms, functional foods and intention setting provide clarity in both body and mind. Participants leave with greater focus, renewed purpose and practical tools for the months ahead.

Letting Go through the Body
Bodyweight workouts, yoga and tai chi bring structure and flow. These sessions ground energy, boost lung capacity and help release both mental and physical tension.

Therapeutic Treatments
Autumn therapies focus on circulation and emotional balance. Sound healing, peat wraps and facial treatments work synergistically to regulate energy and support seasonal skin health.

Forest as Mirror
Daily walks through the changing forest, paired with sauna and steam sessions, create space for reflection. Guests are invited to attune to the beauty of endings and embrace inner shifts.

Culinary Grounding
Root vegetables, warming spices and earthy grains form the foundation of autumn’s menu. Designed to calm, stabilise and support immunity, each dish echoes the season’s energy of slowing down. Ferments and preserved foods honour traditional harvest wisdom and nourish the gut and mind.

Estonian-born wellness leader Kai Laus brings over 20 years of global experience to Eha’s wellbeing programme. A CIDESCO-trained aesthetician and strategic consultant to luxury brands, she blends deep practice with thoughtful innovation. Her work spans more than 100 spas worldwide, including One&Only, Four Seasons and Tata Harper. At Eha, she shapes a next-generation approach to wellness, where ritual, nature and quiet precision meet to support long-term vitality and meaningful rest.
