Autumn 2026

Emerge with the season, embrace renewal, and step into transformation.

Autumn is a time of release and refinement; of quiet harvest and gentle preparation for the stillness to come. The Autumn Retreat honours this seasonal shift with practices that support clarity, balance and the art of letting go. Set against a backdrop of crisp air and golden forests, guests are invited into nature immersions, breath-led rituals and therapies that nourish the nervous system, calm the mind and strengthen emotional resilience. This is a time to shed the unnecessary, reconnect with what matters and root deeply in the season's quiet wisdom.

Mental Clarity & Seasonal Wisdom

Immersive nature workshops — guided bog trails, mushroom foraging and a mushroom and fermentation kitchen session — draw guests into direct relationship with the autumn landscape. Each experience supports clarity of mind and a deeper understanding of the season's gifts, leaving participants with renewed focus and practical tools for the months ahead.

Letting Go through the Body

Grounding Qi Gong, yoga and energy and fascia flow sessions bring structure and rhythm to each morning. These practices release physical tension, restore ease of movement and create the conditions in which the body can begin to let go alongside the mind.

Therapeutic Treatments

Autumn therapies focus on circulation, nervous system regulation and emotional balance. A Singing Bowl Sound Massage, Peat Body Wrap, Microbiome Balance Facial and North Star Alignment Session work together to regulate energy, restore skin vitality and support the body's seasonal transition from expansion to rest.

Forest as Mirror

Daily forest walks, guided sauna rituals and private float sessions create space for reflection and release. Guests are invited to attune to the beauty of endings, move at their own pace and allow nature to mirror the inner shifts the retreat is supporting.

Culinary Grounding

Root vegetables, warming spices and earthy grains form the foundation of autumn’s menu. Designed to calm, stabilise and support immunity, each dish echoes the season’s energy of slowing down. Ferments and preserved foods honour traditional harvest wisdom and nourish the gut and mind.

Autumn is a time of release and refinement, of quiet harvest and gentle preparation for the stillness to come.
